Whatu2019s a typical day as a CNC Programmer? Youu2019ll be: u2022 Writing, revising, and optimizing CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines, reporting to the Production Manager. u2022 Translating engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate machining instructions. u2022 Collaborating with machinists, engineers, and quality control to resolve machining issues and ensure product conformity. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: u2022 Have a high school diploma or GED; technical certification or an associate degree in machining or manufacturing technology is preferred. u2022 Bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience operating and programming CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. u2022 Are proficient in G-code and major CAM software platforms, with a strong understanding of machining principles and material characteristics.
