Description We are looking for a Membership Supervisor to join our team in the South Amboy, New Jersey area. In this role, you will assist in managing the daily operations of a fitness center, including direct management of membership services, administrative tasks, and other essential functions to ensure smooth facility operations. You will collaborate closely with the Site Director and other departments to maintain high standards of service and efficiency for all members. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise membership services, ensuring excellent customer engagement and seamless onboarding processes. u2022 Oversee administrative tasks, including billing, customer contracts, and other operational activities. u2022 Monitor facility operations and address any issues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. u2022 Assist in managing social media platforms to enhance community engagement and promote the center's offerings. u2022 Support the Site Director in implementing policies and procedures for efficient facility management. u2022 Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. u2022 Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of services across all departments. u2022 Track and report on membership trends and operational metrics to inform decision-making. u2022 Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. u2022 Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and industry standards. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service or membership management roles. u2022 Strong skills in social media community management to drive engagement. u2022 Familiarity with billing processes and customer contracts. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. u2022 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. u2022 Ability to collaborate with team members and leadership effectively. u2022 Detail-oriented approach to managing administrative tasks. u2022 Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
