Description Our client is looking for an experienced Manager of Order Management to join our team in the Somerville, New Jersey area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of the order-to-invoice process while overseeing the performance of a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume orders and fostering relationships with third-party logistics providers. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise the complete order-to-invoice cycle, ensuring processes are accurate, efficient, and completed within deadlines. u2022 Lead and manage the order entry team, including offshore team members, to maintain high performance and collaboration. u2022 Act as the primary liaison with third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing. u2022 Oversee and resolve system-related issues for a high volume of orders, ensuring smooth operations as workflows evolve. u2022 Provide expertise in order management systems to optimize processes and address challenges effectively. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and maintain superior service levels. u2022 Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards throughout order management processes. u2022 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support long-term business growth. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in order management, including handling high-volume transactions. u2022 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team, including offshore personnel. u2022 Expertise in working with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient operations. u2022 Solid knowledge of order entry systems and the ability to resolve system-related issues. u2022 Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex workflows. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams. u2022 Familiarity with sales processes and account management principles. u2022 Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
