Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfield, New Jersey. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about products, services, and policies. u2022 Process purchases, exchanges, and returns efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience. u2022 Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and maintaining a detail-oriented and empathetic approach. u2022 Accurately handle sales transactions, including database updates and payment processing. u2022 Maintain organized and detailed records to support business operations and customer needs. u2022 Answer inbound calls and address customer concerns with clarity and professionalism. u2022 Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve pending issues. u2022 Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. u2022 Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures in all interactions. u2022 Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
