Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfield, New Jersey. This Contract to permanent position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who excels in assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and handling transactions with precision and care. As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and managing operational tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about products, services, and policies. u2022 Process purchases, exchanges, and returns efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience. u2022 Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and maintaining a detail-oriented and empathetic approach. u2022 Accurately handle sales transactions, including database updates and payment processing. u2022 Maintain organized and detailed records to support business operations and customer needs. u2022 Answer inbound calls and address customer concerns with clarity and professionalism. u2022 Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve pending issues. u2022 Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. u2022 Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures in all interactions. u2022 Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment. u2022 Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach. u2022 Strong skills in order entry and database management. u2022 Ability to process transactions accurately, including payments and sales records. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. u2022 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting individual performance goals.
