This is a contract-to-hire position on the 2nd shift, with opportunities for overtime. The role involves working in a technologically advanced environment, specializing in HAAS milling or similar machinery. Responsibilities + Operate, set up, and monitor a variety of CNC machines. + Load materials into machines accurately. + Perform daily maintenance and report any major maintenance needs. + Read and interpret layouts, job packets, and blueprints. + Provide accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage. + Inspect parts using precision instruments such as micrometers and gauges. + Perform side operations like deburring during machine cycles. + Collaborate with team members to meet quality and productivity standards. + Follow instructions from cell leaders and offer assistance when needed. + Execute other duties as assigned. Skills + At least 2-4 years of CNC setup experience, preferably with HAAS milling machines. + Ability to perform operations with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards. + Understanding of safety protocols to prevent accidents. + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. + Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
