Merchandising Asst Manager

Your Role at Dollar Tree: As a Merchandise Assistant Manager at DollarTree, you?ll join our Store Manager in leading a dynamic team ofassociates and creating positive experiences for the communities weserve. In this role, you?ll focus on merchandising and processingfreight. Your job duties and responsibilities will include, but are notlimited to, the following: Assist with all store functions andday-to-day activities Perform opening and closing procedures as neededProtect and secure company assets, including store cash Adhere to allpolicies and procedures, including safety guidelines Maintain areas ofthe store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standardsProcess all corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, TaskCompliance, Key Survey information requests, and any additionalcommunications related to store activities Responsible for maintainingthe cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restockingbathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, andensuring all areas are neat and presentable Ensure a positive, safe, andrespectful environment while maintaining professional and friendlyinteractions with customers, associates, and leaders Other duties asassigned In addition, you?ll assist the Store Manager with thefollowing duties as assigned: Process the receipt and return of DSDmerchandise Manage freight flow in accordance with productivitystandards Order and stock merchandise needs, including frozen &refrigerated, in accordance with productivity standards Ensure that thesales floor is sales-effective Plan, merchandise, and maintain ClipStrips and Power Panels with sales effective items Plan and implementmonthly Sales Planners Your Skills and Experience:?
