Customer Support Specialist

Description Robert Half is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist role with a rapidly growing manufacturing client in the Wilmington area. This is a permanent role, joining an already established team, with lots of growth opportunity. Our client is looking for a customer service candidate with at least 1 year of professional business to business experience. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, and answering more technical questions as needed. This is NOT a call center role, it's a far more strategic customer service function.
