Cleanroom Assembly Technician

Job Description Insight Global is seeking 2 Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for our client, a key partner in the pharmaceutical sector, based in Easthampton, MA. These Assembly Technicians will be responsible for performing manual labor in a cleanroom production line; assembling parts ranging from individual pieces, single molded assemblies to complete kits. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: u2022u2003Works as part of a production team to assemble parts. u2022u2003Sorts and places material or items on tables, racks or bins. u2022u2003Assembles parts manually or with machinery u2022u2003Uses production machinery to seal final products per SOPs u2022u2003Uses testing equipment to qualify (pass or fail) assembled parts. u2022u2003Cleans assembled parts and places in protective bags. u2022u2003Removes extraneous material from molded parts as necessary. u2022u2003Uses small tools or machines to manipulate parts for assembly. u2022u2003Cleans and glues parts per SOPs u2022u2003Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
