This position provides supervision and operational oversight for multiple core HTM service areas at the client site, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and program performance. This leader will manage day-to-day operations, ensure PM compliance, coordinate vendor service projects, and develop team members to deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do + Direct and oversee the daily operations of the biomedical department. + Supervise team members, assigning priorities, and maintaining operational standards to ensure goals and deadlines are met. + Ensure exceptional customer service through professional communication, responsive issue resolution, and continuous collaboration with hospital leadership and clinical teams. + Maintain high standards of quality and safety by implementing Sodexou2019s operational and safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory and hospital requirements. + Develop and lead initiatives that improve equipment uptime, asset utilization, and operational performance across HTM services. What You Bring + Leadership experience in Biomedical Engineering or a similar technical operations environment required. + Biomedical/Clinical Engineering background strongly preferred. + Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance metrics in a fast-paced healthcare environment. + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Experience with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, and vendor coordination highly desirable. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
