Responsibilities for a Client ServicesManager: Provide superior customer service & quality home care Focus onmanaging coordination of client services & emergent scheduling issuesManage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growingit Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors &community organizations Develop strong, communicative relationships withthe team Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload bymonitoring metrics Client Services Managers will partner with ClinicalManagers to provide supervision & support to field employeesQualifications for a Client Services Manager: Bachelor degree ispreferred Prior medical office or home care experience preferred Priorsupervisory experience a plus Demonstrated record of successfully takingon increased responsibility (goal achievement) Ambition to grow &advance beyond current position Strong computer skills required(electronic medical record) Excellent communication & interpersonalskills Why you'll love BAYADA: BAYADA Home Health Care offers thestability & structure of a national company with the values & culture ofa family-owned business.
