What Youu2019ll Do: + Deliver high-quality physical therapy in patientsu2019 homes + Assess, plan, and implement personalized care plans + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams + Document care thoroughly and accurately + Travel within Braintree and nearby areas u2705 What Youu2019ll Need: + APTA-accredited PT degree + Active MA PT license + 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting + Reliable transportation & willingness to travel up to 50% + Ability to lift 50u2013100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment ?
