Job Summary and Qualifications The Manager of Strategic Outreach supports the Director of Strategic Outreach in leading enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at building a strong pipeline of providers aligned with the organizational provider recruitment needs. Drives the organizationu2019s presence and responsible for the overall impact at medical conferences and strategic outreach events, ensuring alignment with recruitment branding, visibility, and partnership objectives. Responsibilities include critically planning, executing, and evaluating all medical conference activities; managing corporate sponsorships; overseeing outreach event strategies; and executing marketing initiatives to maximize engagement and deliver on return on investment. The Manager also leads corporate partnership initiatives from pitch to execution and provides direct supervision to the Conference & Events Coordinator. Strategic Leadership Builds and leverages an understanding of division, facility, and service line growth objectives to support annual physician and provider needs, inclusive of planning, operationalizing and executing. The Manager is responsible for collaborating with a multitude of key stakeholders including but not limited to strategic sourcing, recruitment and service line leadership, healthcare executives, etc. Meanwhile, the manager must assess business needs in concert with financial resources, to cultivate a comprehensive conference strategy. The leader will also be expected to activate supplemental recruitment strategies and tactics in support of the strategy and ensure targeted execution that is consistently aligned with division and service line priorities. Service Line Leadership Clearly articulates and champions HCA Healthcareu2019s strategic objectives, collaborating with corporate service line leadership to ensure alignment. The Manager communicates with a multitude of teams to establish clear recruitment goals for medical conferences, partnering with service line leaders to maintain transparent communication and reporting of these vital initiatives. ADDITIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: u2022 Lead the strategic planning of all medical conferences, including identifying, evaluating, and selecting the most impactful conferences based on organizational and service line goals. u2022 Partner with service line and recruitment leaders to administer HCA Healthcareu2019s national event strategy, setting clear conference objectives, ensure alignment with enterprise growth strategies, and leveraging conferences as key recruitment and branding opportunities. u2022 Manage end-to-end conference execution, including exhibitor compliance, shipping, inventory control, vendor management, booth logistics, and onsite coordination. u2022 Develop and maintain comprehensive event timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. u2022 Collaborate with marketing to create and execute conference-specific marketing plans, including production schedules, booth graphics, digital assets, and printed collateral. u2022 Oversee design, production, and distribution of all event-related materials to ensure consistent branding and messaging. u2022 Leverage digital and social media channels (e.g. geofencing) to drive awareness, attendance, and post-event engagement. u2022 Lead the planning and execution of ancillary events at or around major conferences (e.g., networking receptions, sponsored sessions, VIP dinners). u2022 Ensure outreach events align with recruitment, branding, and relationship-building objectives. u2022 Manage logistics, guest list curation, event promotion, and onsite execution. u2022 Lead corporate partnerships end-to-end, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and finalizing sponsorship agreements. u2022 Develop marketing strategies with partners to ensure mutual benefit and brand alignment. u2022 Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors while identifying new partnership opportunities. u2022 Manage all conference and outreach event budgets, ensuring expenditures are within approved allocations. u2022 Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts for leadership, including spend analysis and ROI measurement. u2022 Track and report conference performance metrics, synthesizing data into actionable insights and compelling presentations for senior leadership. u2022 Directly supervise personnel including but not limited to Conference & Events Coordinator, providing guidance, performance feedback, coaching and professional development. u2022 Collaborate across recruitment, marketing, and service line leadership to align strategies, share best practices, and maximize outcomes. u2022 Serve as a visible representative of the organization at conferences and events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders. u2022 Provides recommendations for operational changes and ensures implementation and adherence. u2022 Provides ongoing orientation, identifies and coordinates staff training for new and existing employees. u2022 Practice and adhere to the u201cCode of Conductu201d philosophy and u201cMission and Value Statementu201d EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: u2022 Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to be high functioning, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. u2022 Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in conference management, strategic outreach, or corporate partnerships, preferably in healthcare or recruitment-focused organizations. u2022 Bachelor's degree (B.
