Member Services Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated Member Services Representative to provide exceptional support and assistance to our members at our LaVergne, Tennessee location. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing member satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively. u2022 Assist members with questions related to online orders, including delivery updates and troubleshooting. u2022 Resolve member complaints and challenges with a focus on maintaining satisfaction and loyalty. u2022 Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and streamlined member experience. u2022 Provide training and onboarding support to new team members, fostering a collaborative environment. u2022 Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure smooth operations. u2022 Monitor and meet key performance indicators, such as resolution times and member satisfaction scores. u2022 Maintain accurate records of member interactions and follow-up actions. u2022 Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to the improvement of processes. Requirements u2022 High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. u2022 At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or call center environment. u2022 Proficient in customer service tools such as ServiceNow and HubSpot. u2022 Strong skills in data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Ability to remain solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Commitment to delivering superior customer service and building positive member relationships.
