Title : Sr.Oracle DBA Location : Remote - within TN location Roles and responsibilities :- + - Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support business objectives. + Oversee the integration of Oracle Golden Gate to ensure efficient data replication. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business needs. + Provide technical expertise in Oracle Work Model to optimize system performance. + Ensure infrastructure solutions are secure, reliable, and cost-effective. + Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. + Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities. + Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce operational costs. + Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components. + Support the hybrid work model by enabling seamless remote access to systems. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in infrastructure design. + Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure processes and practices. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 12/27/2025 The annual salary for this position is between 142,000 to 167000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
