Store Manager Trainee

Weu2019re seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: u2022 Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability u2022 Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations u2022 Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth u2022 Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience u2022 Safeguard the companyu2019s assets u2022 Build strong relationships with the community by actively engaging in outreach and partnerships u2022 Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures u2022 Implement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from our corporate headquarters Skills and Experience: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent is preferred u2022 Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required u2022 Excellent communication skills are required u2022 Retail management experience is preferred u2022 Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
