Overview Select Physical Therapy is currently seeking a part-time Injury Prevention Specialist/ATC in an industrial health setting. This position will be providing on-site injury prevention athletic trainer services at Lakeside Booking Company. Position: Certified Athletic Trainer - Injury Prevention Specialist Location: Crawfordsville, IN (Lakeside Booking Company) Type of Employment: Part-time Schedule: Hours vary as needed (Up to 16 hours per week) Compensation: Starting at $35/hr, commensurate with experience PRN Perks: + Continuing Education : Free in-person and online CEUs to keep learning + Career Growth : Access to a nationwide, professional support network + 401(k) : Company matching 401(k) after 1,000 hours in a calendar year + Diversity : Work with a variety of team sizes, patient populations, and specialties Responsibilities + On-site coverage for an industrial client under the direction of Account/Program Manager + Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location.
