DESCRIPTION The Bilingual Senior Client Account Manager (SCAM) is responsible for managing the relationship with retailers and Google in support of large volume project work. Their primary responsibility is representing the company during negotiation and execution of special project coverage in stores, including accurate billing, reporting and analysis at project conclusion.The SCAM will ensure superior project execution and building additional business opportunities within their clients.The SCAM may also manage the work of Client Account Managers/Client Account Coordinators as well as support members within the Business Operations and Field Teams. RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent(s) in this position should exhibit the following values: u2022People Minded u2013 Must show dignity and respect to all people u2022Integrity u2013 Must exemplify the highest degree of ethical behavior u2022Results Oriented u2013 Must show passion, pride and commitment to succeed u2022Trust u2013 Must be honest, sincere and confident u2022Teamwork u2013 Must build trusting relationships u2022Innovation u2013 Must progress through a combination of creativity, common sense and vision u2022Balance u2013 Must maintain an optimistic attitude and keep perspective on what is important in life Some Essential Functions of this Position: + Clear and professional communication in Spanish (spoken and written) with native speakers is a fundamental responsibility of this role. + Build working relationships with clients, field management and Business Operations associates to foster cooperation and teamwork on projects. + Work with principal to negotiate and define project requirements, expectations, goals and objectives. + Communicate project requirements, goals and objectives to the Retail organization. + Refine project framework and collateral to ensure consistency and clarity for the Retail organization. + Coordinate the preparation and entry of each project into the necessary internal and external Google systems. + Manage clientsu2019 service expectations for the duration of a project. + Monitor Merchandiser feedback and adjust or revise reporting framework as needed during a project. + Use internal and external Google technology to maintain an effective feedback and measurement system. + Coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely billing statements for each project. + Work with Retail Analysts to gather, analyze and report project data. + Communicate project results to clients. + Develop project recaps for internal use in the Business Operations knowledge base. + Create opportunities for revenue enhancement by reviewing project data and recaps, and coordinating the preparation of supporting documentation and presentation materials. + Coordinate and manage the work of Business Operations Client Services Managers and support staff. + Assist in the design of the companyu2019s proprietary systems when required. + Perform special assignments as requested. QUALIFICATIONS + Mandatory Advanced Spanish language skills are necessary, including the ability to communicate clearly with native speakers + Must possess a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one for international business travel required for this position + Bachelor degree + 3+ yearsu2019 experience working in the CE industry, supporting manufacturer or retailer initiatives + Experience developing and managing others + Prior experience that demonstrated sales skills with a retailer, broker, agency or major consumer + Products company. + Solid understanding of working with retail service organizations and in-store execution ABOUT US Acosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Category: Sales Support Position Type: Full time Business Unit: Corporate Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Company: Premium Retail Services, LLC Req ID: 17609
