Overview SSM Health Physical Therapy - Day Institute Physical Therapist - Part Time - Float St. Charles, MO This part-time PT float position will be based out of the St. Charles Day Institute and cover 5 Day Institute locations - Warrenton, Lake St. Louis, St. Charles, Chesterfield and Bridgeton. This will ideally be a 3 day/24 hour work week. SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care.
