Overview Job Summary Details : Address: 419 N 9th Street, St Louis MO 63101 Pay: $18.00 per hour The Lot Attendant is responsible for cash and electronic transactions with parking customers. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members ( (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required u2022 No experience required; on-the-job training provided Preferred Qualifications: u2022 One (1) year of similar experience preferred Responsibilities: u2022 Approach and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner u2022 Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concern u2022 Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary u2022 Is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service u2022 Follow all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations u2022 Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets u2022 Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct change u2022 Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located u2022 Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within cashier drawer u2022 Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures u2022 Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area u2022 Answer telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when required u2022 Immediately report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead u2022 Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
