About the role: The Service Line Specialist for the BPaaS Healthcare Portfolio plays a critical role in supporting account management, driving sales, and expanding market presence within the BPaaS and health tech services landscape. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to internal teams and clients, helping to position and grow Cognizantu2019s BPaaS offerings in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong, visible presence in the healthcare sector and will act as a key representative of Cognizant, championing our service capabilities and thought leadership across the BPaaS healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Subject Matter Expert of US Healthcare Industry (BPaaS) u00b7 Able to have the ability to farm small to large customer engagements and help grow the accounts across US BPaaS Healthcare Markets with expanding current services or new offerings. Engage in negotiations and contracting to secure favorable deals with reasonable terms and agreementsu00b7 u00b7 Drive and help generate leads through various channels and executive connects to expand the client base across US BPaaS healthcare markets. Responsible to lead and manage end-to-end sales pursuit (RFPu2019s), manage client relationships while collaborating with the broader org (solutions and leaders) to bring forth the best of the solution to meet customer needs u00b7 Responsible for Revenue generation and profitability for healthcare portfolio u00b7 Pivot to Digital First strategy, by pushing forward digital solutions and services to our clients. u00b7 Take the lead in understanding the critical areas of clientu2019s business and offering them consultation and advisory on the back of bespoke solutions. u00b7 Maintain positive working relationships with existing and new clients with a constant focus on premier customer service in a growth-oriented environment. u00b7 Support Business Development teams in new customer acquisitions by providing operational expertise needed to win new clients. u00b7 Participate in new business opportunities by giving inputs at pre or post sale, client meeting/presentations etc. u00b7 Ability to sell transformation and value proposition to clients and experience in selling across different service lines and understanding industry offerings Required Skills and Qualifications: u00b7 Lead client relationships, responsible for the opportunity management process: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close u00b7 Collaborate with all delivery team members involved to ensure the right solutions and proactive prospecting. u00b7 Sales planning and governance: build the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. u00b7 Build CXO relationships. u00b7 Prior experience creating proactive and closing large deals a must. + Experience in global, fast paced, healthcare BPaaS domain, Consistent record of client management, case studies with target growth and ability to resolve issues. Experience in solutioning and leading complex deals with transformation and building a savings profile u00b7 Engage in negotiations and contracting to secure favorable deals with reasonable terms and agreements u00b7 15+ years of validated experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited university Preferred Capabilities/Skills + Leadership experience: Strong organizational and leadership skills in developing a robust delivery function and setting a positive example; proficient in budgeting and being responsible for business operations + Industry knowledge: Domain Authority of US Healthcare industry (BPaaS) + Financial Foresight: Adhere to budgets, drive revenue targets. Make sound investment decisions based on data to increase value + Commercial knowledge: Ability to analyze sales opportunities and help qualify leads and opportunities. + Relationship Management: Skilled in maintaining relationships with Clients, internal stakeholders and within Business Unit. Ability to communicate across stakeholders to align strategic plan & direction. The annual base salary for this position is between $240,000 - $260,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
