The Banner Estrella Medical Center Medical/Surgical 6A Unit is looking for a new addition to the team Our 36 bed Orthopedic/acute care post-surgical unit is Teamwork centered. As an RN on this unit you will have a ratio of 5:1 both days and nights with a PCA for every 12 patients to aid in providing care to the diverse population of acute care and post-surgical patients. We are looking for a great skilled nurse to join the team where strong communication, teamwork complements our unique u201cfamily feelu201d culture. Our care includes 24-hour Hospitalist coverage and a full range of ancillary services.
