Job Description: Construction Project Manager Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Department of Defense (DOD) construction projects at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with DOD standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of DOD construction projects. u00b7 Ensure compliance with DOD regulations, specifications, and safety standards. u00b7 Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. u00b7 Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. u00b7 Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. u00b7 Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to DOD representatives. u00b7 Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. u00b7 Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably DOD projects. u00b7 Strong knowledge of DOD construction standards and compliance requirements. u00b7 Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively. u00b7 Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Skills u00b7 Experience with federal contracting and procurement processes. u00b7 Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). u00b7 Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Campbell, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
