What You'll Do + Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to execute a seamless recruiting process. + Source, engage, and inspire top culinary talentu2014both active and passive candidates. + Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, social platforms, and industry networks to attract the best chefs. + Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future needs. + Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability. What You Bring + 2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles (Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, Chef Managers, Regional Chef Managers, etc.). + Experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations is a plus. + Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems. + Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. + A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
