What You Bring + 2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles (Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, Chef Managers, Regional Chef Managers, etc.). + Experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations is a plus. + Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems. + Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. + A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
