PC Technician

Description Join our team of innovative and passionate PC technicians and help us keep our systems running smoothly. As a PC technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, both in-person and remotely. You will troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems, and you will also be responsible for imaging, running cable, and troubleshooting printers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to use your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to make a real difference in people's lives. What you will do: u00b7 Provide technical support to users, both in-person and remotely. u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems. u00b7 Image computers, run cable, and troubleshoot printers. u00b7 Meet service level metrics based on average tickets opened/closed per hour, first call resolution percentage, survey response score average, etc. u00b7 Communicate ongoing problems and issue resolutions. u00b7 Be flexible with the work schedule. u00b7 Configure, install, and support all technical needs and assure success. Requirements u00b7 1-2 years of experience in an enterprise helpdesk and/or desktop support environment supporting remote users. u00b7 Strong customer service and communication skills (face-to-face, phone, and email) u00b7 Experience with basic computer hardware, including PC, servers, switches, firewalls, and routers u00b7 Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 Server 2003, Server 2008, and Server 2012. u00b7 Experience with help desk ticketing systems. u00b7 Positive and outgoing attitude.
