Location This position is managed out of Lenexa, KC, supporting an active KNS DOE construction site: Aiken, SC, Oak Ridge, TN, or Idaho Falls, ID. This position will be located at one of our active construction sites, supporting DOE nuclear construction. Responsibilities u2022 Perform project scheduling. u2022 Manage revenue, cost, and cash flow management. u2022 Manage temp engineering. u2022 Client relations. u2022 Manage advanced work packaging (AWP). u2022 Supervise construction engineering staff. LI-LH1 #LI-LH1 Qualifications u2022 Ability to travel and relocate as needed. u2022 Undergraduate degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent. u2022 5+ yearsu2019 work experience in construction. u2022 Experience managing engineers. u2022 Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. u2022 Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative. u2022 Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time. u2022 Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity. u2022 Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt. u2022 Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. u2022 Experience with P6 or equivalent schedule software. u2022 Experience with Autocad or equivalent cad software.
