CNC Machinist u2013 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay: $22-$24 Adecco is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience operating both CNC and manual equipment, along with the ability to program, document, and inspect components. This role focuses on maintaining material flow in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring component quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities + Set up and operate CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, manual machines (lathes, mills, drill presses, etc.), and measuring equipment to produce quality parts on schedule + Inspect parts, tooling, and materials to ensure they meet specifications + Maintain work area, equipment, and tooling in safe, clean, and proper operating condition + Monitor machines to ensure proper functionality and quality output + Learn to convert designs and drawings into CNC code and validate programs to established specifications + Study specifications, blueprints, sketches, or damaged parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and required machines Qualifications + Some machining experience, including setup and operation preferred + Basic knowledge of machining practices, tooling, drafting, CNC machines, controls, programming, measuring equipment, and techniques + Willingness to learn programming for CNC lathes and VMC machines + Ability to troubleshoot basic CNC operating issues + Strong verbal and written communication skills, and basic math proficiency + Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + High school diploma or equivalent; trade school, military training, or related experience preferred Why Apply + Collaborative Teams: Work in a cross-functional environment focused on delivering results + Professional Growth: Opportunities for advancement and skill development + Customer Focused: Help deliver excellent service and quality products + Innovative Environment: Be part of a team driving continuous improvement and innovation Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
