What Youu2019ll Do: u2022 Serve as the first point of contact for technical support across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and ERP systems. u2022 Manage the IT ticket queue, triage issues, and provide Tier 1 support. u2022 Assist with account setup, password resets, MFA, and access requests. u2022 Deploy workstations, peripherals, and AV equipment. u2022 Support ERP user access and printing issues. u2022 Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and a searchable knowledge base. u2022 Track IT assets and coordinate vendor repairs. u2022 What You Bring: u2022 1u20132 years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience, or relevant certifications/training. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Azure AD/Entra ID, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). u2022 Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Bonus Points For: u2022 Associateu2019s degree in IT or related field. u2022 Experience with Intune, Azure, Windows Server, or ERP. u2022 Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals.
