Warehouse Worker

Forklift Operator/ $18/hr Job Description + Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse. + Load and unload items from trucks, shelves, racks, and pallets. + Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order picking. + Handle general labor tasks as required in the warehouse. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills + At least 6 months of experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts. + Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. + Basic math skills for accurate inventory management. Shifts: 1st shift options: 7AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a manufacturing and production setting, where employees may be exposed to high and precarious places, moving machinery, and varying temperatures and humidity levels. The environment can be loud and is not climate-controlled, with very hot conditions in the summer and normal temperatures in the winter. Approximately 300 employees work indoors in this facility, and the dress code requires steel-toed footwear, jeans, or shorts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
