Community Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Dietary Cook/Aide to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients and staff receive nutritious and delicious meals. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and cooking while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, as well as understanding and accommodating various dietary requirements. You will also be responsible for delivering and serving meal trays to patients with care and compassion, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and cafeteria areas, and supporting the lead Cook and dietary team as needed. Additionally, providing friendly and efficient customer service to CMH staff and visitors is essential to fostering a positive environment. Prepares, portions, and dishes quality foods according to the menu, production schedule, and recipes. + Records and communicates diet orders and changes.
