Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies related to business sales, acquisitions, and mergers. u2022 Prepare and review individual tax returns, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Provide personalized tax planning services for business owners and executives. u2022 Handle tax preparation and planning for trusts, estates, and foundations. u2022 Conduct detailed analyses of proposed investments to assess tax and economic impacts. u2022 Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx software to streamline tax preparation processes. u2022 Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for tax savings and optimize their financial strategies. u2022 Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. u2022 Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level staff members when needed.
