Job Description Position Description: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for determining methodology and designs behind producing aerospace components, as well as creating manufacturing routing methods and operation sheets for shop use. Essential Responsibilities: u2022u2003Determines methodology in which the part will be produced u2022u2003Designs fixturing, including modeling and making drawings of necessary components u2022u2003Applies knowledge of specialized manufacturing processes such as welding, laser cutting, and sheet metal forming. u2022u2003Verifies process validity to meet stringent aerospace quality requirements and efficiency standards. u2022u2003Creates blueprints for shop use with precise dimensioning and tolerancing.
