THE WORK Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: u2022 Managing Army and Air Force Black Hawk overhaul, repair, and sustainment contracts from induction to completion u2022 Supporting program leadership with performance metrics, tracking, analysis, and reporting u2022 Coordinating with business units across engineering, supply chain, operations, and program management to troubleshoot and resolve issues u2022 Interfacing with depot-level repair cells to ensure schedule adherence and support production flow u2022 Supporting ad-hoc requests and tasking as needed to meet platform and program priorities WHO WE ARE Lockheed Martin Sikorsky is a global leader in advanced rotorcraft and aerospace systems. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
