This clinic is part of a multidisciplinary team of medical, rehabilitation, and wellness professionals dedicated to improving the health of the community. This clinic includes specialty programs in: Pelvic Health, Lymphedema, Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Orthopedic and Neurologic Occupational Therapy, Back to Life Fitness program _ _ _Position Overview:_ This position will primarily treat Ortho/Sports Med populations. Interest in ortho/sports or becoming trained in this area is preferred. Collaborate for Success:Work closely with a multidisciplinary teamu2014Rehab Therapists, Nurses, Social Workersu2014to ensure seamless care and smooth transitions, including discharge planning and community resource recommendations.
