Responsibilities: u00b7 Provide direct patient care in radiation oncology across both Bridgeport and Fairfield campuses. u00b7 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation therapists, physicists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. u00b7 Oversee simulation, contouring, treatment planning, and on-treatment management in accordance with institutional and national standards. u00b7 Lead adaptive planning and daily re-optimization using Varian Ethos technology to enhance treatment precision and outcomes. u00b7 Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences. u00b7 Contribute to departmental quality assurance, safety initiatives, and process improvement activities. u00b7 Engage in education, mentorship, and potential clinical research in alignment with Hartford HealthCareu2019s academic and community mission. u00b7 Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
