We donu2019t settle until we give our best and know that weu2019re making a difference.As a Structural Engineer professional based within our Advanced Manufacturing team, youu2019ll work on a variety of projects related to Data Centers, including new builds, retrofits, colocations, etc. You will be performing various aspects of structural engineering assignments, subsequently increasing the depth and breadth of familiarity with design methods and tools.Youu2019ll be a key asset, contributing to, working with a diverse team of engineers and designers on various size capital projects. Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering At least 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering Registered Professional Engineer with the ability to become registered in additional states Pre-cast building / garage experience Knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCad, Revit, MicroStation and S3D Proficiency with structural analysis software such as RISA or STAAD Knowledge and application of ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, AIST Technical Report 13, and other industry relevant design code and standards Knowledge and application of Building Codes Proficiency with MS Office suite software including MS Teams for remote coordination Ability for travel to various clientu2019s sites (approx. 10% to 20% travel)Ideally, youu2019ll also have: Master of Science in Engineering Experience with industrial metals projects including casting and rolling operations or similar heavy industrial projects Ability to lead teams to deliver commitments on schedule and on budget while meeting quality and client expectationsJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
