As Senior Manager, Automation Engineering (Drone Delivery), you will lead strategic efforts to identify, evaluate, and launch new opportunities for drone delivery. This role combines strategic thinking, business and product acumen, and go-to-market leadership to accelerate Walmartu2019s position as a leader in last-mile innovation. You will work primarily with Business, Product, and Finance teams across Walmart. We also work closely with the Vendor Tech & Operations team and the National Expansion team in the Drone Delivery Organization. The role is in Bentonville and reports to the Director of Business & Product. Youu2019ll sweep us off our feet ifu2026 + Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. + 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or product management, ideally in logistics, aviation, or emerging tech. + Proven track record of launching new business initiatives and driving cross-functional alignment. + Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. + Passion for innovation and future-forward delivery solutions. Go-to-Market Strategy + Developing go-to-market plans for drone delivery services, including pricing, positioning, and customer experience. + Defining success metrics and drive adoption across key markets.
