Arrhythmia Tech I

Job Summary and Responsibilities + Schedules and performs EKGu2019s, cardiac and Holter monitors, patient hook-ups and report generation. + Communicate with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical conditions, and inform physician/provider of significant patient complaints and/or arrhythmia. + Prepare and monitor report results for interpretation by physician/provider. + Tracks information on patient charts as needed. Documents in progress notes for patient communication. + Escalate issues to manager or physician/provider. + Assures correct charges and diagnosis are marked appropriately for billing. + Performs other duties as may be assigned by management or physician/provider. Job Requirements + High School Diploma or equivalent required + Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire + 1 year previous cardiology experience required + Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, conductive system, and ability to interpret cardiac arrhythmias Where You'll Work From primary to specialty care as well as walk-in and virtual services CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
