Description Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is seeking a Hands-On Controller to lead and manage all accounting operations. This position requires a proactive leader who can oversee daily processes while driving financial planning and reporting for private equity stakeholders. Key Responsibilities + Oversee all accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close. + Manage daily cash flow and prepare cash forecasts. + Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making. + Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for private equity stakeholders, ensuring GAAP compliance. + Drive process improvements and support system upgrades or ERP implementations. Job Order: 03590-0013336774 Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior Controller or Accounting Manager experience in a small to mid-sized company preferred. + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. + Hands-on experience with A/P, A/R, and cash management. + Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
