Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team fully onsite in Clinton, Maine. This is an onsite, long-term contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a regular role. In this role, you will handle critical data entry tasks, document scanning, and system updates in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately input vehicle-related data into the system, ensuring all information is complete and error-free. u2022 Scan and upload legal documents and records to appropriate platforms, including Salesforce cases. u2022 Maintain organization of digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval. u2022 Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines by multitasking effectively between data entry and document scanning. u2022 Collaborate with team members to manage high volumes of tasks efficiently. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel for sorting, filtering, and analyzing data in various formats. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables, filters, and advanced sorting. u2022 Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and file organization. u2022 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities. u2022 Excellent multitasking skills to handle diverse tasks efficiently. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Word and basic inventory reporting. u2022 Previous experience in data entry or document scanning is preferred. u2022 Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite Monday through Friday. u2022 All candidates are required to complete screening procedures as part of the hiring process.
