What Youu2019ll Do + Troubleshoot and repair appliances (dishwashers, etc.) and building systems. + Diagnose HVAC issues, maintain seasonal readiness, and perform filter changes. + Handle plumbing repairs and recurring issues. + Perform general upkeep: carpet cleaning, painting, snow removal, leaf blowing. + Proactively prepare outdoor spaces for seasonal changes. + Use AppFolio to manage work orders and track time. + Communicate with tenants for troubleshooting and provide excellent service. + Track recurring issues and escalate when needed. + Occasionally pick up parts or supplies. What Weu2019re Looking For + Strong mechanical and HVAC experience. + Ability to diagnose and repair appliances and building systems. + Tech-savvy: comfortable with maintenance software (AppFolio preferred). + Skilled in Excel and Google Drive for reporting. + Organized, self-sufficient, and great at prioritizing tasks. + Excellent communication skills. Preferred: + Experience in property maintenance or multi-unit housing. + Familiarity with proactive maintenance strategies.
