Overview Position Summary: At ABM Industries, the Business Financial Manager plays a critical role in supporting financial operations across multiple service locations. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, strategic planning, and budget management while partnering with operational leaders to drive cost-saving initiatives and business growth. Compensation: $76,000 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. For information about ABMu2019s benefits, visit Recruiting Flyer - Staff & Mgmt (Flyer - Staff & Mgmt.pdf) Key Responsibilities: + Financial Oversight & Reporting + Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews. + Prepare and submit professional-level reports, forecasts, and correspondence. + Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities. + Budgeting & Forecasting + Collaborate with operations teams to develop and manage budgets. + Support forecasting activities and variance analysis. + Update 12-month forecasts quarterly and contribute to strategic planning. + Compliance & Controls + Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. + Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation. + Business Partnering + Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to align financial goals. + Assist in developing new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis. + Team Leadership & Collaboration + May supervise junior finance staff or analysts. + Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support continuous improvement. Qualifications: + Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan). + Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Preferred Skills: + Experience in facilities services or multi-site operations. + Familiarity with P&L management, cost control, and financial modeling. + Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
