The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key's competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct data query and analysis on large data sets with manager and team supportIdentify common data errors and their impactProvide reoccurring reporting and ad hoc requestsEmploy basic best practices for evaluating large dataAnswer key business questions through exploration and discoveryCreate simple analysis to support the production of insights into relevant business questions under general direction / supervisionFind patterns or anomalies by building out visualizations and PowerPoint presentationsExecute basic diagnostics testing under supervision (e.g. performance testing, assumption verification and impacts of limitations)Tests, under supervision, suitability / sufficiency for approach (e.g. representativeness)Provide input with addressing basic business/analytical problems and challengesQualificationsMust have completed at least two years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, business analytics or other quantitative disciplines with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2027Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA)Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activitiesBring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointCompensation and BenefitsThis position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $25 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000.00 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.KeyBank's Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment PENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.00 - $22.60 per hour.
