Weu2019ll enable growth and progress together The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: + Take ownership for delivering the development task assigned. + u00b7 Ensure delivery within tight timelines and meeting the teamu2019s expectation. + u00b7 Get involved in the entire lifecycle of the development project + u00b7 Understand the requirement from Project Lead and ensure quality deliverables + u00b7 Ensure quality and optimized coding with proper documentation + u00b7 Do peer code reviews + u00b7 Develop unit plan and perform unit testing and provide continuously improved product experience + u00b7 Actively assist Support team wherever required + u00b7 Assist Project Lead in coordinating with business analysts and user communities to define requirements + u00b7 Participate in the technical design + u00b7 Actively assist Project Lead to deliver quality output + u00b7 Together with the team contribute to innovative and best-in-class solutions for our business + Qualifications: + 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry + Experience as Applications Development Manager + u00b7 In-depth knowledge and application of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring Framework, Struts framework, EJB and JavaScript + u00b7 Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 + u00b7 UI Development experience with Bootstrap, Backbone, Node.JS, AngularJS + u00b7 Experience creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS + u00b7 Well verse with the use of XML, JSON and REST services + u00b7 Thorough understanding of usage of the fundamental concepts like Exception Handling, Static block/variables/classes, OOPS + u00b7 concepts, Collections, Multi-Threading, http sessions, session handling, Servlets/JSP life cycle, JDBC, actions, events, implicit objects, custom tags, context + u00b7 Exposure to an industry-standard database (Oracle or Sybase) on a UNIX platform with awareness of database design and SQL scripting knowledge and performance tuning + u00b7 Awareness of application servers /webservers (Tomcat, Weblogic , JBoss and iPlanet) + u00b7 Work experience in testing frameworks like Junit, TestNG + u00b7 Creating unit test scripts for Angular JS components using standard frameworks + u00b7 Work experience on the transactional applications for low latency, high availability uses is a plus + u00b7 Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment and to learn new frameworks/stacks + u00b7 Hands on experience on Microservice Architecture + u00b7 Exposure on CI and CD pipeline + u00b7 Experience in build tools like Gradle, Maven + u00b7 Experience in DevOPS tools like Openshift, Kubernetes Education: + Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent experience + Masteru2019s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
