Transportation Coordinator

Help with the supervision of the Transportation student workers to include but not limited to PTS Pickup and Orange Bike Project. Prepares, maintains, and updates transportation-related reports and logs. Reads and answers departmental correspondence. Collects and compiles information via the use of various database programs available. Performs research, data entry, and retrieval. Prioritizes tasks and performs accordingly.Handles routine administrative tasks on a daily basis, including bike lock cuts and impounds, bike locker permit sales, bike storage access, bike permit sales, Kickstand sales, bike rack placement and removal, fixing bicycle pumps, adding and removing scooter parking, overseeing scooter impounds, scooter inventory, enforcement of policies and regulations. Performs under broad instructions concerning policy and procedure.Other related functions as assigned. Must be comfortable using power tools including saws, welders, and grinders. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. This is a very manually intensive job that requires working in all weather conditions. Occasional weekends, holiday, comp and overtime hours required as needed. Must work a minimum of two home football games every year in addition to every other Thanksgiving week and/or playoff home football game.
