Role Description: The team is seeking a versatile and driven Product Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of consumer experience, data, and integrations. In this role, youu2019ll shape how we collect and use property data from thousands of property managers, owners, and operators to create rich, trustworthy experiences for millions of renters. As a key contributor and operator within the product team, youu2019ll help develop and optimize systems that ingest, standardize, and display structured and unstructured data at scale. Youu2019ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, SEO, and external partners to deliver high-impact features that improve property discovery, elevate listing quality, and fuel advertiser success. Youu2019ll bring a consumer-first mindset and technical fluency to work across data pipelines, APIs, and third-party integrations. These integrations are the backbone of u2014 enabling accurate listings, real-time availability, immersive media, and detailed amenities that renters rely on every day to find their next home with confidence. Improving the depth and reliability of listing data not only unlocks richer, smarter product experiences for renters; but supports our core value proposition to clients u2014 translating into more qualified leads, higher conversion, and maximized ROI for our advertising partners. Responsibilities: + Deliver best-in-class renter experiences by driving the end-to-end execution of new product features u2014 from concept to launch u2014 in close collaboration with Design, Engineering, SEO, and Analytics + Translate product requirements into clearly scoped, actionable plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution with minimal oversight + Partner with design to craft modern, engaging, and intuitive user interfaces that showcase property listings and key renter decision-making details + Work with engineering teams to build and maintain scalable systems that ingest and surface listing content, including media, pricing, availability, and amenities + Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing validation, normalization, and monitoring strategies across structured and unstructured property data sources + Develop a deep understanding of our data architecture and landscape to apply sound governance principles and uphold listing integrity + Collaborate with third-party data providers and internal stakeholders u2013 including the Data Feeds team u2013 to support scalable integrations that meet product requirements and business goals + Partner closely with engineering to evaluate tradeoffs, actively participate in technical discussions, and identify scalable solutions that balance feasibility, impact, and speed + Use experimentation frameworks and A/B testing to validate hypotheses, improve feature performance, and move both primary and secondary metrics forward + Analyze user behavior, feature performance, and product KPIs to identify opportunities for iteration and optimization + Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and shared accountability on product deliverables Basic Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited, in person, not-for-profit University or College; Masteru2019s degree preferred + 3+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering industry-leading software consumer products and solutions + Extensive experience partnering with engineering teams to build, test, and launch features in lockstep with one another and in close coordination + Extensive experience collaborating with design iteratively to balance product goals and consumer experience + Skilled at translating product ideas into wireframes, mock-ups, workflow diagrams, or journey maps for effective communication + Experience using SQL, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, and/or similar analytics toolsto extract insights and evaluate product performance metrics + Familiarity with building data-powered consumer experiences that leverage API integrations or other data ingestion mechanisms + Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills + A track record of commitment to prior employers Preferred Qualifications: + 5+ years of digital Product Management experience or comparable experience working on products in a technical capacity + Experience using product management tools such as Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, Asana, Aha, + Experience using Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, Dovetail, and/or other user research tools + Experience in planning and launching A/B or multivariate experiments to optimize features and drive KPIs + Experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial real estate is a plus Whatu2019s in it for you?
