Data Migration Lead

Job#: 3011582Job Description:Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead a cross-functional data migration team of ~6 people (engineers, business validators, PLM specialists)- Own the migration plan: Build, manage, and adjust as needed- Drive execution: Ensure tasks are completed, blockers are removed, and timelines are met- Communicate status: Regular updates to senior leaders- Problem-solve: Address issues like incorrect mappings, poor data quality, and unexpected errors- Coordinate with agile teams: Work alongside a scrum master and integrate into agile workflows- Manage stakeholder expectations: Translate technical challenges into business language and vice versaApex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
