Patient Admissions Coordinator

DescriptionThe Patient Admissions Coordinator collects, documents and communicates information relative to patients requiring admission to Swedish Medical Center in accordance with established department policies, procedures and workflows.This position will work in partnership with the Administrative Nursing Admission Coordinator (ANAC) and in collaboration with multiple departments, physicians, nursing staff, and other key stakeholders on a regular basis.
