We are recognized and respected for our culture of inclusion and belonging, continuously striving to do what's good for our people and communities.The impact you'll make:As our Microsoft Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Microsoft Technology Specialists to position Softchoice's value proposition, win new business, grow our services footprint, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You'll be responsible for driving our sales strategy, go-to-market campaigns, and promotional efforts to ensure we're maximizing every opportunity within our current and expanding customer base. This role also involves building stronger alignment with Microsoft leadership to increase brand visibility and accelerate co-sell opportunities. You'll represent our SMB organization in both internal and external engagements, acting as a key voice for our Microsoft business.What you'll do: Lead execution of Softchoice's Microsoft Go To Market within the region and sales segment Develops and coaches a high-performing team of MTSs to deliver renewal success, upsell growth, and Microsoft workload adoption. Drive deal strategy with MTSs, ensuring clear win plans, competitive positioning, and risk mitigation. . Partners with Microsoft field team to drive co-sell alignment, funding utilization, and incentive capture. Recruiting, developing and managing an existing team of Microsoft Sales Specialists. Collaborates with sales leadership to drive territory planning, coverage consistency, and predictable execution across all customer segments.What you'll bring to the table: Be agile and adaptable in complex and fast-paced situations Be accountable to the results of your team and the Canadian Microsoft business Communicate effectively with executive leadership as well as individual contributors Constantly strive to learn Be passionate about personal growth for yourself, your team, and those around you Develop a wide sphere of influence both internally and externally Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience; including a minimum of 5 years sales experience. Preferred 1-3 years of people management experience. Must have work experience in the IT industry (Microsoft knowledge is required). Solid understanding of the commercial IT market for software, hardware and services. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing executive level relationships. Creative and strategic thinker with strong presentation skills. Strong analytical skills are required. Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skills. Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, preferred.Pay Range:The typical pay range for this role in Seattle is $108,000 - $144To view the full job description,click here
