Love helping homeowners tackle small remodels and see their vision come to life? Model Remodel, a Seattle-based general contractor with a focus on remodeling and sustainability, is looking for a motivated Small Jobs Division (SJD) Sales Associate (internally titled Client Services Representative/CSR). In this role, youu2019ll manage the sales process from first contact through project handoff, ensuring each client receives exceptional service and a successful project outcome. Our goal isnu2019t just to complete jobs - itu2019s to create satisfied clients who will refer us to their friends and return for future work. u00a0 What Youu2019ll Do + Manage the full sales cycle for small projects,u00a0from responding to leads and qualifying prospects to preparing estimates and presenting contracts. + Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project and warranty period. + Prepare accurate contracts with clearly defined scope, exclusions, and assumptions. + Partner with internal teams and subcontractors for seamless handoff to production. + Represent Model Remodel at trade shows, networking events, and industry outreach opportunities. What Weu2019re Looking For + 5+ years of construction/remodeling experience and 5+ years in remodeling sales. + Proven track record in estimating, contract preparation, and closing sales. + Strong knowledge of building practices, methods, and scheduling. + Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/project management tools. + Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. + Professional, respectful, trustworthy, and collaborative with a client-first mindset. + Passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and sustainable building practices. Physical Requirements + Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. + Frequent standing, walking, and sitting. + Ability to navigate residential properties, including stairs, uneven surfaces, and tight spaces. + Frequent lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. + Ability to work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of time and use color-sensitive tools. + Ability to operate measuring tools (tape measures, laser devices) and safely drive to locations within King County.
