But youu2019re not just a leader - youu2019re an achiever.Working together, weu2019ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local.Responsibilities:u2022 Manage a large EPCM opportunity, responsible for all technical and commercial aspects of the program including but not limited to Safety, Financial, Technical, ESG and Client Relations.u2022 Responsible for monthly financial reporting requirements and forecasts.u2022 Initiates / reviews / Approves all scope changes and or additional scope additions by the client.u2022 Maintains positive relationships with current client as assigned. Informs Operations Manager and Sales Manager of potential opportunities to market Jacobsu2019s services.u2022 Encourage the project team to seek opportunities to deliver superior customer value and earn client loyalty.u2022 Serves as a representative of Jacobs at meetings, presentations, and reviews relative to assigned project.u2022 Assures that program complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints.u2022 Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of program to ensure that goals/ of the individual project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.u2022 Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for the entire program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.u2022 Directs and coordinates activities of Site Construction Teams to ensure project progresses on program schedule and within prescribed program budget.u2022 Develops and maintains effective communications and working relationships with client as well as staff u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree in Architectural/Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline requiredu2022 At least 20 years of experience as Project or Construction Manager preferably in the Biopharma/Life Science Industryu2022 Planning, project management, staff management, and business development experience is requiredu2022 Must have strong project management skills and effectively manage scope, schedule, and budgets for large, complex projects.Ideally, youu2019ll also have:u2022 Masteru2019s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field, not requiredu2022 Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferredu2022 Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), preferred#LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, #Construction#LI-SH1Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
